Supplies & Ingredients for making SpunkyCarol’s Fruit Smoothie

     

(1) large orange, peeled / or / (2) small oranges, peeled

(1) banana, peeled

(1) 8.4 oz can Ocean Spray Diet Sparkling Cranberry

(1) 6 oz DANNON® All Natural Vanilla yogurt (substitutions not recommended)

(1) grape 5-Hour Energy (optional)

(6) ice cubes

 

Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth and completely mixed.

Pour into 16 oz glass.  Enjoy.

Makes approximately (3) 16 ounce servings.
